Cheeselings are crispy fried light brown biscuits made with flour and mixed with butter,cheese and milk.They are highly addictive and loved by both kids and adults.Serve these homemade cheeselings as an evening snack, or anytime munching,during Diwali or any festival or pack it in kid's tiffin.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour with baking powder and salt.Add grated cheese and butter and mix well.Add milk gradually as needed and knead into a dough.Keep aside covered for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Divide the dough into small balls.Smear little oil and roll each ball as thin as possible into a circular shape.Cut lengthwise into strips then vertically into small squares.Heat oil and fry cheeselings in low flame till light brown and crispy.
* Step 3
Cool and store in airtight container.Serve with tea to guests or pack in kid's tiffin crispy melt in mouth and delicious cheeselings.
