Apple Banana Dry Fruits Chaat

#tech4 Fruit based chaat are very healthy and packed with essential nutrients. It is mildly sweet,sour and tangy and tastes delicious.A dash of chaat masala,lemon juice and few herbs and spices makes it an ideal snack to munch on at anytime of the day or can be served as a healthy appetizer at any party.

raisins

1 tbsp

lemon juice

1/4 tsp

rock salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cube apple into small pieces.Slice banana and dates removing seeds.

* Step 2

.Add finely chopped cashewnuts,almonds and walnuts.Add some raisins and few cashewnuts.

* Step 3

Sprinkle lemon juice,powdered sugar,rock salt and chaat masala.Toss all.Garnish with chopped coriander or mint leaves.Refrigerate 10 minutes.Serve chilled healthy nutty fruity chaat in breakfast, evening or as an appetizer to main course meals or at parties.
