Fried Mixed Veg Balls

Fried mixed vegetable balls is a mouthwatering starter made with an assortment of mixed veggies and spices.Double coating and deep frying these starters adds an extra crunch to the crust of these vegetable balls with a soft spicy filling inside.Serve as a side dish to main course meal or as starter.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil or steam potatoes and chopped vegetables.Dry up all liquid in vegetables.Cool and mash coarsely.
* Step 2
Meanwhile heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion till light brown.Add the mashed vegetables.Then add ginger garlic paste,soya sauce,green chilli sauce,salt and sugar to taste,chopped green chillies,chickpea flour and fry
* Step 3
.Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander and toss till dry.
* Step 4
Dip each ball in it and toss in breadcrumbs.Double coat each ball by dipping in slurry again and rolling in breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for an hour and deep fry.Serve with finely chopped salad.
* Step 5
Add 2 tbsp breadcrumbs in the fried dough and mash well.Divide dough into equal balls.Toss them in cornflour or flour.Make a slurry of cornflour.
