Batter fried chicken

#deepfried This is a deep fried starter item.Chicken pieces marinated with vinegar,curd and spices of your choice and the more it is marinated the more juicy it becomes from inside.Sometimes double batter frying makes it more crisper but that is upto ones choice.

Ingredient

7-8 pieces

chicken

1 tbsp

vinegar

1 tbsp

curd

1/2 tsp

garlic paste

To taste

salt

1/2 tsp

black pepper

2 tbsp

cornflour

1

egg

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate chicken pieces with salt,vinegar,curd and ginger garlic paste preferably for 7-8 hours.Make a batter of cornflour, baking powder and egg.Add pinch of salt,black pepper and 1 drop orange red food colour.Heat oil.Dip chicken pieces in batter and fry them till crispy outside and moist inside.Serve as deep fried starter or as a side dish to chowmein or fried rice.
