Crispy Honey Chilli Potato

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut potatoes into strips like finger chips.Parboil them in little salted water.Drain in a strainer and reserve stock for any curry.Mix 1tbsp cornflour,maida, rice flour by sprinkling little water,add pinch of baking soda and salt.Toss potatoes in it and fry in batches.Flash fry again to make it crispy.Dry roast sesame and set aside.
* Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp oil.Fry chopped garlic.Then add slit green chillies.Fry and add sliced capsicum.Toss and add chopped onion.Toss.Add soya sauce,red and green chilli sauce and hot and sweet tomato sauce,pinch of orange red food colour and 1 tsp cornflour batter..Sprinkle little water if needed.Toss potatoes in it.Sprinkle roasted sesame and 1 tsp honey and toss.
* Step 3
Chopped spring onions may be added for garnishing but optional.Serve crispy hot honey chilli potatoes as an appetiser.
