Murgh Kalimirch(Black pepper chicken)

#amazingingredients This is a flavourful recipe of chicken cooked with black pepper and other spices.A typical North Indian dish and the taste of black pepper tingles in the mouth.This recipe is best enjoyed with naan,lachha or sulemani paratha or phulkas or any pulao preparation.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate chicken with 1tsp half crushed black pepper,salt and curd for 1 hour.Heat oil in a pan and sprinkle half crushed garam masala.When they splutter,add the chopped onions and fry till transparent.Add ginger garlic paste.Then add marinated chicken and fry.Add coriander powder,salt,cashewnut paste,fresh cream and pureed tomato.Fry till oil leaves sides.Add 1 cup water and cook chicken till done under low flame.

* Step 2

Dry up the water.Then add crushed kasoori methi, garam masala,black pepper and chopped green chillies.Toss and add ghee.Serve with any Indian flat breads or pulao.
