Mulor ghonto (Radish dry mish mash curry)

This is a typical Bengali dish and enjoyed mostly during winter when radishes taste better.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate the radish and smear some salt.Heat oil in a wok and fry the dal bori.Set aside.Sprinkle jeera and when it splutters, add the grated radish. Toss and add grated coconut,all the dry masalas,bay leaf,chopped green chilli,peas and dal bori.Sprinkle just little water to soften the bori.Add sugar,salt and garam masala. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with rice,roti or paratha.
