Stuffed Matar Paratha
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind coarsely fresh green peas with 2 green chillies.Mix 2 tbsp besan or gramflour.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan.Sprinkle jeera and hing then add the peas paste.Add salt and little sugar to taste.Then add garam masala and toss till mixture is dry.Cool the mixture.
* Step 2
Knead maida with 1 tbsp oil and little salt.Make balls out of it. Create a dent in the middle and stuff little peas mixture in it.Seal the ball and roll out parathas. Shallow fry or roast on tawa and serve hot with dum aloo.
