Pakoras are all time favourite and this time presenting a mouthwatering melt in mouth crispy egg pakoras which can be served as an evening snack or starter with coffee or drinks.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Break 2 eggs in a bowl.Add baking powder. Beat it thoroughly.Add maida, finely chopped onion,green chillies,ginger mince and make a smooth batter.If needed little water may be added.Chopped green capsicum may be added.Add salt and chopped coriander.The batter should be thick but smooth with no lumps in it.Heat oil in a wok and fry pakoras till golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with hot and sweet tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
