Crispy Chicken Wings Tandoori

#weightloss-post1 This is a plateful of tantalising and crispy baked chicken wings with an Indian twist and mixture of tandoori masala and other ingredients makes it all the more flavourful but healthy .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make light gashes in the chicken wings and marinate with salt,lemon juice for 3-4 hours.Make a paste of curd,tandoori masala,a pinch of food colour,red chilli powder and kasoori methi.Smear the paste over the chicken pieces.Adjust salt over chicken as pieces were marinated with little salt before.

* Step 2

Arrange the chicken pieces on a broiler tray over a cookie sheet or sprinkle oil over chicken and grill for 20 to 30 minutes in a previous heated oven turning it upside down till well cooked and crispy both sides.Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice and serve with onion rings and salad.
