Semolina Upma

#protein Semolina or rawa upma is a high protein power packed recipe with lots of nutritious ingredients and a very healthy recipe for weight watchers.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast lightly semolina and set aside.Semi boil the vegetables separately and set aside.

* Step 2

Pour oil in a non stick pan and fry the curry leaves and set aside.Roast the peanuts.

* Step 3

To the remaining oil sprinkle mustard and urad dal.When they splutter, add the chopped onion and fry lightly.Now add chopped ginger or paste.Fry for sometime and add the chopped tomato, fried or roasted curry leaves and green chillies.Toss and add the boiled vegetables and chopped coconut.Now add the suji,salt and sugar (optional), peanuts and water.Bring to boil.When semi dry add lemon juice.Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
