Grilled Baked Potatoes 🥔
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse potatoes and place in a baking pan …..
* Step 2
Pierce potatoes several times with a fork ……
* Step 3
Add your black pepper, sliced onion, red pepper and lemon juice all around potatoes, then add your cold water …..You can add a sprinkle of salt if you want to at this point …….
* Step 4
Cover baking pan and place on medium heat and cook until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork …My potatoes took almost an hour to cook because they were very big, make sure to turn potatoes over to other side to ensure even cooking ……If pan gets too dry inside add a little bit more water 💧………
* Step 5
Serve with butter, or sour cream and enjoy 😉!!!!
