Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead the wheat flour into a smooth dough, adding a pinch of oil & a little salt. Set aside for 10 -15 mins.

* Step 2

Mix the kasuri methi, cumin seeds, salt, pepper & red ed chilli powders. Add the chopped green chillies and chopped coriander, mix in. The mirchi masala is ready.

* Step 3

Make small rounds of dough. roll out small Pooris, you can lightly brush with a little oil or ghee. Take a teaspoon of the mixed mirchi masala and add on top, gently gather & fold the ends together & tap and seal to make a ball.

* Step 4

Pat with dry wheat flour, roll out into a circle.

* Step 5

Grill on a hot tava, lightly smear ghee on top and cook from both sides until golden brown and crisp.

* Step 6

Serve hot with dal or sabzi
