TBC Glowing Skin Smoothie

This is a great post workout or post walk smoothie, nutritious, delicious & filling too!😋 Have this three or four times a week and watch your skin glow and shine! 🌟

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pressure cook the beetroot upto 5-6 whistles,, cool, peel & roughly chop. You can also boil some beets in advance, peel and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 days.

* Step 2

Peel and roughly chop the cucumber.

* Step 3

Roughly chop the tomatoes.

* Step 4

Add the veggies in a mixer jar, add freshly squeezed lemon juice, the mint leaves, lemongrass stalk, sugar & salt, blend until smooth. Add some chilled water now and blend again.

Serve chilled.
