Leftover Magic Cheelas

I hate wasting food and am forever coming up with leftover makeover recipes for the fussy eaters in the family. I consider my recipes a hit only when they can't make out what went inside what they thought was a regular dish! 😂 Made these Cheelas for breakfast yesterday and my daughter enjoyed them and could not make out that these were made using the fried rice she had had for dinner the other night!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the fried rice, suji, besan & the chutney into a mixer jar, add water little by little and blend to get a flowing batter of medium consistency.

* Step 2

Add salt to taste, the turmeric powder, green chillies, the veggies & the fresh coriander. Set aside for 10 mins.
