Restaurant style chilli paneer
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt & 3-4 tbsp water in a bowl. Mix properly to make smooth paste.
* Step 2
Add paneer cubes & coat it properly with the paste.
* Step 3
Deep fry coated paneer cubes in hot oil at medium flame till they turn crispy & golden brown. Keep aside.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic & saute for a minute.
* Step 5
Add onion, green chilli & capsicum. Saute for 3-4 mints at high flame.
* Step 6
Add soya sauce, chilli sauce & tomato sauce. Mix well at medium flame.
* Step 7
Mix Paneer Masala with 2 tbsp water. Add it to the pan & mix.
* Step 8
Add salt & sugar. Mix once.
* Step 10
Add paneer cubes. Mix & cook for 1 minute.
* Step 11
Garnish with spring onions & serve hot. To make Chilli paneer gravy, mix 1 tbsp Corn Flour in 1/2 cup water. Add it in step 8.
