Berry Oats Pancake

Who doesn’t loves a breakfast which has fresh flavours of #berries, goodness of #oats and is #eggless. Warm pancakes with generous drizzle of honey makes it all to start a special day. #risenshine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

* Step 2

Leave the mix for 10 mins aside.

* Step 3

Blend down everything in a blender.

* Step 4

Now pour a small amount on a hot nonstick pan and let it cook for 2-3 mins.

* Step 5

Flip and cook on both sides until light brown.

* Step 6

Stack pancakes together and drizzle honey on top.

* Step 7

You can also add fresh berries on top.

* Step 8

Enjoy healthy fresh fruity Pancakes in hot summers.
