Sheer khorma
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in heavy bottom pan
* Step 2
Add cardamom and cloves,and all dry fruits and fry till they are slightly brown take out in a plate
* Step 3
In same pan heat some ghee and add vermicelli and fry till they are slightly brown
* Step 4
Now add milk and cook for 10_12 minutes till the vermicelli is softened
* Step 5
Add sugar, saffron soaked milk and cooked for another minutes
* Step 6
Transfer the sheer khorma in a serving bowl
* Step 8
Serve warm or cold as you like
