Doodh Dulari is Pakistani dessert

Ingredient

Milk

1 tbsp

Corn flour

1 packet

Green jelly

250 gm

Rabdi

200 gm

Cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook milk for 20 minutes till thick, add coloured vermicelli and cooked till soft

* Step 2

Now add cornflour dessolved with 1/4 cold milk, cook till thick, remove, cool completely

* Step 3

Meanwhile, make jelly according to packet directions, set untill firm then cut into cubes, set aside

* Step 4

Add condensed milk, fruit cocktail and jelly cubes, rabdi, cream and chum chum in cold milk,mix gently (reserved jelly and chum chum for decoration)

* Step 5

Decor with reserved jelly and chum chum and dry fruits and gulabjamun

* Step 6

Served chill
