Cauliflower salad

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Set a steamer basket in the large saucepan,fill pan with the water and bring to boil and add the cauliflower forest steam 4 min

* Step 2

Drain n transfer a cauliflower into a big bowl,add green pepper, onion, chopped olive, crushed red pepper, toss gently to combine

* Step 3

Combine oil,lemon juice, vinegar,black pepper and salt stirring with a whisk.,

* Step 4

Cover n let stand for 30 min or 1 hr

* Step 5

Pour dressing over vegetables,toss gently and sprinkle with a cheese and parsley leaves, basil leaves,toss gently to combine

* Step 6

To serve chilled refrigerate up to 4 hour

* Step 7
