Matar Palak Paneer
#winter21 - Enjoy this winter greens by adding some green peas to palak paneer for a twist. It is a wholesome and a nutritious preparation. Please not that this is a no onion - no garlic recipe. You may add them if preferred. You may relish with plain steamed rice, jeera rice or any Indian flat bread.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the paneer cubes slightly. Drain and keep aside.
* Step 2
Temper the same oil with green chilies and nigella seeds. Sauté for a few seconds.
* Step 3
Add ginger & asafoetida. Sauté till it slightly turns brown.
* Step 4
Then add greens & combine everything well.
* Step 5
Add all dry spices & give it a stir. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 6
Add green peas & sauté till all the moisture has evaporated.
* Step 7
When done, add paneer & give it a toss.
* Step 8
Switch off the flame & sprinkle roasted sesame seeds.
* Step 9
Serve with any form of rice or Indian bread for a nice healthy meal.
