Oats Coriander Leaves Kadhi

Then try this super easy and yummy kadhi made with roasted oats and coriander leaves. A new variation to any kadhi and I'm sure it will be a total heat at the dining table. So go ahead and give it a try and introduce something nutritious to your family and loved ones.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend together oats, coriander leaves, yoghurt, ginger, green chilies, water and all the dry spices.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and temper with cumin seeds and asafoetida. Saute for a few seconds. Now pour the blended mix and simmer on a low flame.
* Step 3
Keep stirring at intervals till it gets thick to a desired consistency. Switch off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl.
* Step 4
Garnish with roasted oats and chilli flakes. Serve with any form of rice or Indian bread.
