* Step 1

Put chicken in crockpot add BBQ sauce. Cook High 4 hours

Turn crockpot to warm/low and shred chicken using two forks. Add drained pineapple. Cook an additional 30 min.

* Step 3

Serve on buns or over rice

* Step 1

Start by washing your ribs thoroughly and cutting them then set aside. Mix your dry ingredients together. Rub each ribs thoroughly with the mixture.

Then combine the water and apple cider in a cup and mix it. Then pour it in a large bowl. Put each one of the ribs one by one into the cider mixture and make sure they are completely submerged into the liquid. Set aside for 30-45 minutes.

Prepare your BBQ sauce by placing it in a bowl then set aside. Prepare your Ninja Insta Pot. After 30 minutes, place each ribs in the instapot and pour one cup of the marinade mixture on it. Set it on high pressure for 17 minutes.

After the instapot is done. Take the ribs out and rub them with the BBQ mixture then place each one in the air fryer basket one at a time. Cook in batches. Do not over crowd. Set it at 350 degrees for 17 minutes. After 10 minutes take it out and place it on a serving plate. Share and Enjoy!

Sprinkle your black pepper and garlic powder all over chicken pieces, mix well, then cover bowl, let chicken marinate in your refrigerator for several hours …….

Heat some olive oil in a large pot …….

Sauté your chicken pieces in the olive oil until chicken is no longer pink ……

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

* Step 2

Quarter potatoes. If larger than a ping-pong ball, cut into 6-8 wedges. Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, salt, and potato spice seasoning**. **Replace with lawry’s or your seasoning of choice. Spread into an even layer. Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes. While potatoes roast, continue recipe

* Step 3

Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. Combine ground beef, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), panko, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper in a mixing bowl. *I added 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder. Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3"in length and 2" by height.

* Step 4

After 10 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven. Add broccoli, bacon, white portions of green onions, and a pinch of salt to potatoes. *I added Garlic Powder and Onion Powder, and a little more salt and oil as well. Stir to combine and push to one side of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil. Place meatloaves on now-empty side of sheet.

* Step 5

Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 18-20 minutes.

* Step 6

Put BBQ sauce in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 35-45 seconds. To serve, top meatloaf with sauce and garnish vegetables with sour cream (optional), remaining cheese, and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit.

* Step 1

Melt butter in shallow baking dish in 400* oven.

* Step 2

Seasoned flour: 1/3 cup flour, 2 Tbsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder

* Step 3

Mix Lemon Barbecue Sauce: Mash garlic with salt. Add and mix well with salad oil, lemon juice, pepper, onion, and thyme.

* Step 4

Dip wings into seasoned flour. Place in baking dish in single layer. Bake 30 minutes.

* Step 5

Turn wings over and pour Lemon Barbecue sauce over all. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
