#aloo #kasundi #bengalimustardsauce #cookpadindia I usually make my traditional Aloo ko Achaar with Sesame seeds often, for a change I wanted to make something which would go well as an appetizer and side dish too for a small get together at home with potatoes which would be quick and easy. Then I saw Kasundi lying in my pantry ( brought from Kolkata), so thought why not mix Kasundi with Aloo and other ingredients and see. It became an instant hit and finished in no time. Kasundi is Bengali mustard sauce and I love it !

* Step 1

Cut the boiled potatoes to bite size if it's big.

* Step 2

Prepare all other ingredients as listed and put into a bowl and gently mix everything so that the Kasundi and the seasoning is mixed thoroughly.

* Step 3

Adjust the seasoning as per your taste. Garnish with Pomegranate. Serve as appetizer or side dish. Bon Appetite!

* Step 1

In the serving glass take Mint leaves and muddle them

* Step 2

▪️Then add sugar syrup and Pomegranate juice, stir well.

Fill half of the glass with Pomegranate juice and then top with soda water. Stir again and serve. Garnish with Mint leaves and Pomegranate.

* Step 1

Firstly Grind the moong daal in grinder.

* Step 2

Then take bowl put curd, red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin powder, salt, black salt, paneer, sprouts and mix it nicely. Garnish with pomegranate.

* Step 3

Now served the healthy pancakes with healthy Raita.

* Step 1

Method for Rabdi-

* Step 2

Take milk and boiled it and on sim gas stir continusally.

* Step 3

When milk reduced add sugar and cardamom powder.

* Step 4

Then milk collected in vessel, your Rabdi is ready, keep aside.

* Step 5

Method for Malpuas-

* Step 6

Take all-purpose flour in bowl put peas paste, fennel powder, cardamom powder and mix it nicely, if batter is thick then add milk also.

* Step 7

Now take non stick pan and put batter on it and spread it make small malpuas.

* Step 8

Swallow fry all malpuas, your malpuas is ready keep aside.

Method for Sahi Tudka-

I have don't deep fry the bread.

First cut Sahi Tudka in heart shape.

Then in non stick pan put sugar and caramelized it.

Then put all heart shaped Sahi Tudka and caramelized in sugar.

Your Sahi Tudka is ready, keep aside.

Method for Faluda-

In vessel boiled the water.

Take vermicelli put in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Then strain it in running water and keep aside.

Now assembled the Rabdi Chat in plate.

First put Rabdi then arrange sahi Tudka, which are saffron colour.

Then put Faluda, which is white colour.

* Step 22

Now finally put Malpuas, which are green colour.

* Step 23

Now garnish with pomegranate and relish this Tricolor Rabdi Chat.

dried mint powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly cut the mango in small pieces and make puree.

* Step 2

Then put Curd, cream and mango puree in grinder and grind it.

* Step 3

After that put sugar and mint and mix it nicely. Then put it in container and put in fridger for 1 hours.

* Step 4

Then again grind it and make creamy paste and put in fridger for 4 hours.

* Step 5

Your ice cream is ready. Garnishing it with pomegranate or your choice so any fruits.
