Ingredient

1 packet

raw chowmein

1 small size

onion sliced

1 tbsp

soya sauce

1/2 tsp

vinegar

40 ml

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil enough water covering the chowmein. Add salt. As water boils nicely, add the raw chowmein. Cook al dente. Strain and wash with water nicely, to remove the extra starch. Drizzle oil and mix, so that they don't stick with each other. Keep it in the fridge until use.

Next heat oil in a wok/ pan/ kadhai as per your convenience. Put chopped garlic cloves. As it is almost toasted, add slices of the larger onion. Saute for some time till it's translucent. Now add in the chopped vegetables. Keep the heat high. Stir mix. Add capsicum at last.

Add salt as needed and chicken masala. Mix. Cook them, but they must remain crunchy. Keep heat low now and add into the vegetables, sauces and vinegar. Mix.

Now into the veggies, add the noodles. Toss and mix. Add small size onion slices and fresh green chillies and toss again. The onion gets cooked little bit. It gives awesome taste. Put black pepper powder and toss mix again. Keep the heat medium. Finally add onion leaves. Serve hot hot!!

Nb: Chop the vegetables into thin slices. I have chopped it small as per my kids preferences.

Saag...Wash watercress, chopped it... in a pan add some oil add fenugreek, cumin seeds, chopped onions, a little garlic paste, red chilli then watercress add some salt... make a sauter and it's cook in 3 to 4 mins as soon as the water is dry from pan..

Tomato chutney... cut tomatoes into pieces, on a pan add some oil.. add, ginger paste, garlic paste, oinions, chllies, curry leaves then add tomatoes add salt... stirr, cover it.. then again uncover stirr and cook some some minute add oinion leaves, and coriander leaves when finished stirr and leave it..

Boil lentils in pressure cooker, then in a pan a little oil add cumin seed, then ginger paste, garlic paste, onions, curry leaves a little turmeric chilli thrn add on cooked daal..

* Step 1

Wash all bananas before peeling. apply some oil on both palms to peel it (keep all banana peel stuff will make another delicious recipe very soon)

Wash and cut all.

Add all ingredients chopped onions, curry leaves, cumin seeds, chilli coarse, turmeric powder, masala and salt to cut bananas and mix it nicely at last add flour to it and mix. (the flour will stick all ingredients to it)

Heat oil and deep fry and Serve hot or cold with chutney, tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.

* Step 1

Begin with lightly toasting the bread with butter.cut the bread slices into triangular shape

Next prepare the filling stuff for the bread meanwhile, fry the curry leaves,sarso (mustard) seeds,chopped tomatoes,and bread crumbs,with 2 tablespoon of butter,add little bit of salt as per taste. Stir for a minutes.Add little amount of milk,and honey to make a right consistency smooth and fluffy like sauce.

Put the fried tomatoes,in a grinder to make a fine puree sauce.

Next, put the chopped guava,and cherry, in a grinder,to make a fine soft paste,smooth to pour in bread.

Now,boil the egg,and potatoes,in a pressure cooker for a min till it's well cooked. Dont boil it so much it will worsened your egg. it will take around 3 whistles.now switch off the flame. And take out from the cooker,and keep aside. Let it cool the boiled potatoes and egg.and peeled the outer cover of both the potatoes and egg.

Mashed the boiled potatoes.add little bit of salt, and black pepper,and onion leaves. Mashed well the potatoes.

Now,fill the blended tomatoes,and bread crumbs,in one slices cut triangular shape bread,and next in another slices,fill the fruit paste. and in third slices of bread, fill the mashed potatoes in it and lastly spread the jam on the top slice of bread.fill all the stuff step by step.cut the egg in a small round shape and place on the top of the bread.with a round pieces of yolk cut.gently take out the yolkfrom the egg first.

Now for juice,chopped the carrot, bit,and mint leaves,in a juicer.add 2tablespoon of honey, and blended in a juicer mix,and squeeze the juice out of the vegetables. And make a fine healthy juice.

Classic mix sandwich is ready to serve with a vegetables juice.

* Step 1

Heat the butter in a pan.

* Step 2

Fry the chopped vegetables and onion chopped. Stir for a min till it is half cooked. Add salt as per taste.

* Step 3

Next add the pasta and mix properly with all the vegetables. And cook for sometime till it turns soft and thick add tomato sauce and 1cup of water to make it a fine gravy pasta stir for sometime. If it is done with the cooking then switch off the flame.Garnish it with onion leaves.

* Step 4

Fry egg omelette and keep topping on the plate.
