* Step 1

Dissolve the chia seeds in water. Chop strawberries, banana and dates. Grind with an intermittently pulse to a smooth paste.

Transfer to a bowl. Add milk and dry ginger powder, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder, rock salt and normal salt and stir for a good mix.
