Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Subse pehle chicken strips ko marination ingre se marinate kar lein.

* Step 2

Ab spaghettis ko oil salt aur pani me boil kar ke pani drain kar lein.

* Step 3

Ek karhai me oil dalien aur lehsan add kar ke golden karen.aur chicken strips ko dal ke bhone.

* Step 4

Pani dry hona start ho to onion aur tomatoes add karen aur mix up karen.

* Step 5

Phir sauces aur spices add karen mix kar ke kuch dair cook karen.

* Step 6

Ab baki ki veggies aur ketchup add kar lein aur cook karen ke chicken tender hojaye.

* Step 7

Salt chicken powder add karen aur boiled spaghettis add kar ke mix up karen aur spring onion dal ke mix kar lein.

* Step 8

Serving dish me nikalien aur uper boiled egg rakh ke serve karen.

She helped me out while making it and we enjoyed more the whole process. So I choose to cook because cooking binds us together ❤🥰

Ingredient

350 grams

spaghetti

1 tsp

salt

1 tbs

vinegar

3 tbs

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add spaghetti into boiling water. Cook for 8 minutes drain out and rinse with cold water. Set aside

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan add chicken and fry until changes color.Add ginger garlic paste fry fot 2 minutes. Add spices and sauces.

Add vegetables stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add boiled spaghetti.

Toss properly. Serve immediately.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the pasta as instructed on packet. Rinse them with cold water after boiling and add 1 tbsp oil in it so that it doesnt stick together.

* Step 2

I usually cut and keep my vegetables refrigerated, so I dont have to go through the hassle of cutting,when I am hungry.

In a pan,add oil and heat it. Then add chicken and ginger garlic paste, cook well for at least 6-8 mints until the color of chicken changes.

* Step 4

Now add vegetables,mix them well and cover with lid so that they become soft with the help of steam.

* Step 5

Now add pasta and at the same time put salt, black pepper, chilli and soya sauce. Mix them well and cook for about 5 mints on low flame.

* Step 6

Yummy vegetables and chicken pasta is ready to serve. You can eat it with chilli garlic ketchup and mayonnaise,whatever you like.

#joy #mentorship As ramadan is approaching Alhamdulilah preparation are also on the way so I thought of making chicken Spring Rolls,Me and my family a big fan chicken spring roll.In sha Allah you guys will love these.

Ingredient

1.1/2 Cup

chicken boiled

3-4 tbsp

Oil

1 tsp

salt

2 tbsp

Soya sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Inna woke add oil, chicken, carrot, capsicum,and give it a good mix.

* Step 2

Add salt, black pepper, Soya sauce, green onion stir fry for 2-3 minutes and set a side.

* Step 3

In all-purpose Flour add water and mix well to form a smooth paste.

* Step 4

Take Roll sheet's add filling and fold both side apply all-purpose flour paste and fold it.

* Step 5

Prepare the remaining Rolls similarly. yields 12-15 rolls.

* Step 6

And can be stored up to 3 weeks in freeze.

* Step 7

In woke heat oil and fry until golden brown.

* Step 8

Tip: A great tip is to sprinkle corn flour over the prepared spring roll before freezing. This will prevent the rolls from getting soggy.
