* Step 1

Roast fennel seeds, whole coriander seeds. Coarsely crush in mortar and pestle.

* Step 2

Take a pan/ kadai on low flame. Add oil, coarse crush fennel seeds and coriander seeds. Saute it for a min. Now add chopped onions. Saute it till it gets golden. Add green chilli garlic ginger paste.

Add chopped tomatoes. Saute it till it get smashy. Add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder.

Mix it all well. Add roasted gram flour, dry mango powder and dry coriander leaves. Mix it and filling is ready.

For Dough: Take a kneading plate add flour, salt, hand crush carrom seeds, oil. Mix it well.

Add water and knead soft dough. Cover it and keep a side for 1/2 hr.

Add oil knead it again. Make equal parts. Take one ball dust with dry flour. Roll the Paratha.

Put 2 tbsp of Stuffing in it. Close from 2 opposite sides. And then close the remaining 2 opposite sides. Make a square shape.

Sprinkle some dry flour and roll Paratha in square shape. Heat up the tava/ griddle. Place the Paratha on it half cook from both sides. Apply oil and toast it from both the sides properly.

Take out in a plate cut it into triangle-shaped and serve with any Chutney or dip. Enjoy hot.

* Step 1

Take a pan/ kadhai on low medium flame. Add oil cumin seeds, asafoetida. Get crackled add chopped onions. Saute it till golden now add ginger garlic paste. Mix and saute it for 1 min. Add chopped tomatoes. Let it get cooked and become little smashy.

Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriandor powder. Mix it well and saute the masala too for a min. Oil will start releasing.

Once the oil start releasing sabji is ready. Sprinkle some Chopped coriandor leaves and serve with my rotis, Rotlas, Parathas, Khichadi or rice. It taste super fantastic. Enjoy

* Step 1

Take a kneading plate add flours, salt, hand crushed carrom seeds.

Mix it add water and knead the soft dough. Cover it and Keep aside.

Take a mixing bowl grate Potatoes, add chopped green Chilli and ginger, salt, dry mango powder.

Along with crushed fennel seeds, red chilli powder, coriandor powder.

Mix it stuffing is ready. Get all ingredients for kulcha ready.

Apply oil in hand knead the dough. Make equal sized balls. Roll it in the size of puri.

Place the stuffing on it. Seal the puri. Get extra dough cut. And make nice stuffed sealed dough ball. In same way get all stuffed balls ready.

Apply oil stick the Onion seeds and rosemary on it. Take one ball on flat surface roll the kulcha with soft hand.

Heat up the griddle /tava on Medium flame. Placed the roll kulcha on tava. Half cook one side flip it to another side let it half cook. Now take kulcha on the direct heat.

Roast it from both the sides. Crunchy crispy kulcha is ready.

Take it on flat surface. Apply ghee on it. Get all kulcha ready in same way. Serve with butter, green chillies and ketchup.

Corsely crush the fennel seeds in mortor-pestle. Finely chopped green chillies and ginger in Chilli cutter.

First marinate the onions. Take the bowl add chopped onions, hand crush carrom seeds, salt.

Alongwith Turmeric Powder, red chilli powder, coriandor powder, Cumin powder, Chopped ginger-green chillies, crushed fennel seeds.

Add dry mango powder. Mix it all well. Keep a side for marination for 10-15 min.

Meanwhile knead the dough. In a kneading plate add floursalt, hand crushed carrom seeds, salt.

Add water and knead soft dough. Cover it and keep a side for 10 min.

After 15 min see the onions. It released the water. Now take a cloth. Take out all marinated onions in it. Squeeze it and get all water out with hand. So all the sharpness will come out and all masala favour absorb by the onions.

Take squeezed marinated onion in a bowl. Add grated cheese, Chopped coriandor leaves. Mix it well stuffing is ready.

After all ingredients for kulcha ready. Grease the hand. Knead the dough again. Make a roll. Cut it into equal parts.

Now take one part. Flatten in Ur hand. Place the stuffing (11/2 tbsp). Seal it and make the ball. Get all the stuffed balls ready.

Now apply or grease it with oil. Stick the Onion seeds and rosemary on it.

Roll the kulcha with rolling pin. Heat up the tava on low medium flame. Place the rolled tava on it. Let half cooked from both the sides. Take the kulcha on the direct heat on gas.

Roast it from both the sides. Super crispy kulcha is ready. Take it on flat surface apply ghee. Cut it and serve

Get all masala whole gram ingredients.

Take a cooker on Medium flame. Add oil, mustard seeds. Let crackled add asafoetida, onions. Saute it till golden.

Add chopped tomatoes saute it. Add green chilli garlic ginger paste. Saute it for a min. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder.

Now add Soaked gram. Mix it. Close the cooker lid get 3-4 whistle. Masala gram is ready.

All all ingredients for masala gram chat is ready. Take Masala gram in plate. Spread Sev, Chopped onions, Tomatoes.
