* Step 1

Take Chilli cutter add green chillies ginger. Crushed it in a mixing bowl. Add peeled boiled potatoes. Use the smasher.

Smash Potatoes with a smasher add salt, chopped coriander

For Tempering- put a pan on low flame add oil, mustard seeds, get crackled. Add asafoetida, turmeric Powder

Pour this tempered in the stuffing. Add vada masala.

Mix it well. Apply oil on palm. Make lemon sized balls from the stuffing.get all balls ready.

For outer layer. Take a mixing bowl add gram flour, turmeric Powder, salt. Add water and make a thick batter.

Get ready with the batter (outer layer) balls (stuffing). Put oil in a pan for deep frying on Medium flame.

Put a stuffing ball in the batter. Coat it properly and put in hot oil

Put more coated vadas in hot oil. Deep fry the vadas till golden.

While serving fry the green chillies, get instant red Chutney ready. Take out the frozen green chutney

Take it out on kitchen towel and serve with fry Chilli, green chutney and instant red Chutney

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take one big bowl and mix all ingredients for besan batter with the help the whisk. Always add water gradually otherwise lumps will appear and the batter will not come smooth. Keep this aside.

* Step 2

Take one nonstick pan add oil and then add heeng and other ingredients with mashed potatoes and fry for 1 minute and transfer this batter to a plate and let it be cool.

* Step 3

Now take bread slices put some ghee on it then spread mint coriander Chutney and potatoes then cover it with another bread slice. Now heat the oil and the flame should be medium to high. Then deep fry these bread pakoda for 2-3 minutes and transfer it on a kitchen tissue paper.

* Step 4

Now cut this pakoda into triangles and again deep fry for a couple of minutes or until they become golden in color. Super delicious bread pakodas are ready. Enjoy these with garam hot masala chai (see recipe) and mint coriander chutney (see recipe).

* Step 5

Tips- Always put some ghee on the bread slice before layering chutney and potato stuff. It’ll not spread out while frying.

* Step 1

Heat a pan put some oil add ginger paste,green chilli sauté now add mashed potatoes sprinkle some seasoning cook for few minutes

Cut the edges to all bread sliced and make a flat with the help of roller ready slices ready for stuffing

First apply pizza pasta souce put another slice on it spread potato mixture.

Now put last bread layer spread green chutney on it.

Roll it carefully with the help of foil paper and refrigerator the half hour.

After half hour cut into the slices baked into preheat oven 10-12 mintues on 190 degrees ur yummy delicious pinwheel potato samosa ready to serve

* Step 1

Take a big bowl add rava, wheat flour, salt and curd mix well and make smooth batter.

Now add baking soda and mix well.

* Step 3

Heat a nonstick dosa pan add water, clean with tissue paper, now spread 1/2 tsp oil and remove with tissue paper.

Now spread dosa batter on tava and make it like dosa.spread evenly.

Cooked it on medium low to flame.

* Step 6

Now spread potato stuffing, when it becomes crispy from downside, fold it and serve with sambhar and coconut chutney.

Grease sandwich maker with butter or oil, take a bread add potato stuffing, cover with another bread, now brush with oil.

* Step 2

Heat gas stove keep toast maker on gas stove and toast both side.

* Step 3

Serve with tomato sauce.
