* Step 1

First mix all dry ingredients then mix all wet ingredients using stanner

* Step 2

Then mix all together in only one direction

* Step 3

Then take a mould and grease with some amount of ghee then pour batter into that and sprinkle some pieces of dryfruits on top of that.

Then on stove and put a big bowl on that then inside that put a mslal stand or plate upside down then put mould bowl then close with alid and outside close with another plate

* Step 1

In a pressure pan put kemaa,& all written 8 things for boiling,add 1 cup of water.

* Step 2

Let it boil 15 miniutes.

* Step 3

After that remove it from the flame.

* Step 4

Remove Bay leaf,put all things in the mixture griender.make fine paste.

* Step 5

Take it out from the jar.

* Step 6

Now add other spices accept butter.

* Step 7

Mix all things very well.

* Step 8

Now take squwers wet them all 30 miniutes.now take small portion of kemaa,spread it on squwers,make all squwers like that.

* Step 9

Heat a pan sprinkle ghee,put all squwers in it on slow flame.

* Step 10

Roast it all sides, golden.

* Step 11

Remove it from the flame.

* Step 12

Serve it with chuteny & onion rings.

It can be have any time with laccha parantha or like a snacks.

* Step 1

In a bowl add potatoes,green chilli, coriander leave mix it well.

* Step 2

Add sago flour, coconut,dry fruits,salt, mix it.

* Step 3

Then add coconut,curd,malai,cumin seeds mix well.

* Step 4

Add 1 Tsp ghee mix it all together. Make a dough.

* Step 5

Take skewers,take some dough fix it on the skewers.make all skewers like this.

* Step 6

Keep it in the fridge for 10 mimiutes.

* Step 7

Take out from the fridge.

* Step 8

Heat a pan put all skewers, sprinkle ghee on it.

* Step 9

Bake it all sides until Golden.

* Step 10

Remove it from the flame.

Arrange it on serving platter, sprinkle some lime juice & coriander leave.garnish it with sesame seeds.

Serve it hot - hot with green chutney.

Steam the pumpkin & mashed it well

* Step 2

Heat the pan add ghee,put pumpkin & roast it till it will be dry.

In another pan roast both flour till it releases a good aroma.

* Step 4

In pumpkin pan add roasted flour & mix it well.

* Step 5

Now add sugar cook it for 5 minutes.

* Step 6

Add dry fruits.

* Step 7

Add green cardomam.

* Step 8

Remove it from the flame.

* Step 9

Add malai mix it well. Keep it a side.

* Step 10

Let it be cool.

Make medium size ladoo from this mixture.

Ab elaichi powder dalke mix kijiye.

Fir grease kigiye plate me dalke failaiye aur upar crushed dry fruits burak dijiye

Ab thanda hone rakh dijiye.

Jab thanda hojaye barfi shape me cut kijiye.
