* Step 1

Heat pan add strawberry puree boil for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar and boil till get thick.

* Step 1

Whisk the eggs add jeera powder, chilli powder, white paper, salt oil and add in the mince and mix well.

Kadahi me besan ko axi tarah pakne tak dry fry karni hai.

* Step 2

Fir sugar and coconut bura dalke fry karein.

* Step 3

Kux der me malai mawa add karke mix karein fir milk add karke low flame me pakne de.

* Step 4

Jab mixture thick hojaye to cardamom powder dalke axi tarah mix kijiye fir gas off kijiye.

* Step 5

Ab grease kiya huwa plate me mixture ko dalkar faila dijiye and uper crushed kaju burak dijiye.

* Step 6

Jab thanda hojaye tab manpasand shape me cut kijiye.Bas ready hai barfi.
