I love these deep fried tomatoes. They look beautiful before and after cooking. They taste delicious and so easy to make them at home. It’s one most tastiest way to use tomatoes. I promise, even if you do not like tomatoes with try these fried ones, you would love it. Yes I know, I know, some of you avoid fried foods, but sometimes you can not help yourself. Am I right or wrong. Especially with these beauties. I do not see deep fried tomatoes on the menu of many restaurants. But it does not matter, I can make it at home. Do not worry, even it is your first time you will be succeed. It’s easy peasy to prepare it. You only need to find big big green, yellow or red tomatoes from your grocery or farm market for this recipe. In a plate mix 1 cup plain flour with garlic and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

I love having soft or hard boil eggs for breakfast. Usually boiled eggs are eggs from chicken but duck or quail eggs also are tasty. These eggs cooked with their shells in the boiling water and you can have hard boiled eggs with cooked egg white and egg yolk or soft boiled egg which leave the yolk liquid or softly cooked.

Pour about 1tbsp of oil inside the each cup. Use a brush and rub the oil to the sides of the cups. Crack the eggs into each cup.

First we prepare meat mixture: heat the oil in a pan, add chopped onion and sauté until soft, add minced meat and all above mentioned spices. Let to cook meat until turn into brown. Set aside.

For making dough: In a bowl with 100 ml warm water, add sugar and yeast. Mix together and let to sit for 15 minutes until surface of water is bubbly and foam.

Hi my cookpad friends, I am so excited about this recipe. So I cooked omelette rice yesterday. It was just lovely, gorgeous and delicious rice dish , full of colour , taste , vegetables. I used chicken meat but if you wish you might be use sausages. You will be surprise how much is easy and simple to make this dish and in other hand how much is tastyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Cut all vegetables into small pieces.
