Oil ko garam karein usme pyaz ko fry karein. Pyaaz brown hojayen to usme tamam masalay add karein. Tomatoes add karein or bhun lein. Kaleji ko lehsan laga kar dho lein. Phr masalay me add krlen. Achi tarah bhune or halki aanch par dam rakh kar dil ko galne dein 10 mint

Jab pani khushk hojaye or dil gal jaye oil nikal aaye to isme hara dhaniya garam masala kasuri methi add kar k bhune or 5 min k liye dm par rakh dein.

* Step 1

Pani me haldi daal kar brain ko 1 min k lye boil karein phr pani phenk kar uske andr jo nase dik rhi hain unhe nikal kar phenk dein or ise wash kar k plate me rakh dein.

Oil garam karein or usme pyaz fry karein jab pyaz brown hojayen to usme lehsan adrak paste add karein or fry karein

Masaalay or tomatoes add karein or achi tarah bhun lein. Usme boiled brain add karein

* Step 4

Achi try bhun lein phr isme hara saman or garam masala or lemon juice add karein

* Step 5

Achi tarah mix krne k baad dishout krlen. Or subah naashtay me serve krlen

* Step 2

Usme chicken add kar ke 2-3 min tak bhune Ek glass pani daal kar chicken ko pakne dein.

* Step 3

Jab chicken gal jaye to boiled chane usme daal kar 2-3 min tak bhune or 2 glass pani daal kar 4 min tak pakne dein

* Step 4
