In my family, Christmas is not Christmas without a colorful trifle on the menu. This year I decided to go with the main colors of the season, hence the red velvet cake and cream. I can't wait for tomorrow🎅. #myfestiverecipe

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour one 500g full cream tub into the pot and place on the stove, keep staring until it is hot.

* Step 2

Take 250g of choc chips and pour it in a heat proof dish and pour the hot cream over.

* Step 3

Leave it for five minutes and then wheep the mixture until smooth to create a chocolate sauce.

* Step 4

Leave to stand until it is completely cold.

* Step 5

Then cut your red velvet cake into reasonable cubes and set aside

* Step 6

Take all three 500g full cream tubs and pour it into a wheeping dish or machine, add 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence pinch of salt, mascarpone cheese and start wheeping the cream slowely.

* Step 7

Once cream takes form gradually add sugar and continue to wheep until cream is completely thick. It depends how thick you want it to be.

* Step 8

Once the chocolate sauce is cool start assembling your trifle by pouring the sauce into your trifle dish, followed by red velvet cake cubes, then berries of your choice or none then your wheeped cream. Repeat these steps to form colourful layers and decorate the top with berries or red velvet crumbs. Refrigerate to set the cream.

This recipe made me happy as I could make a good use of autumn apples leftovers away from the typical apple pie 😃 #mycookbook

Ingredient

100 g

oats

1 tbs

cinnamon

1-2 tbs

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan on medium heat, caramilize the sugar then add butter and apple. Stir untill combined together and cooked.

* Step 2

Mix well all the crumble ingredients using a mixer or your hand. Then stir on medium heat for 10 minutes untill golden.

Prepare the cream by mixing all its ingredients with the electric mixer untill combined well then add some vanilla

* Step 4

Add layer of the crumble then cream and some apple sauce.

Repeat the layers untill you end by apple sauce on top.

Garnish with caramel sauce if available

Chill for an hour then serve.

Ingredient

2-3 tbs

* Step 1

Crush biscuits in food processor to fine crumbs.

Add the butter and milk and spread them in a cheesecake tray. Don't forget to add a layer of greaseproof paper at the bottom.

Mix cheese,cream,eggs,vanilla and sugar untill combined well then pour over the biscuit layer.

Wrape the tray with aluminium foil from outside. Put the tray in a bigger one with boiled water filled to half. Bake for 45 minutes then turn off the heat and leave it inside oven for 15 minutes more.

Chill overnight or at least for 4 hours.

Take it out from the fridge. Add the blackberry sauce and serve.

icing sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix cheese,cream and icing sugar then whisk for couple of minutes untill you reach the thickness of whipped cream.

In another bowl, dissolve coffee in milk.Then dip biscuits in it for few seconds and take care not to be soggy.Put them in the tray round and round as in the picture.

Spread half of the cream mixture and grated chocolate then add another layer of biscuits.

Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

Take it out of the fridge to bend biscuits as in the picture and take care that if you try to bend biscuits before the chilling step, it will break.

Cover it with cling film and chill overnight. Then garnish with cocoa powder and berries.

Ingredient

2 cans (250 g)

peach

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soften biscuits in the mix of milk and peach syrup

* Step 2

Put them standing as a wall around all the tray and in the base

* Step 3

Mix the cheese,cream and sugar with the electric mixer for a 5 minutes

* Step 4

Add them on the biscuits base

* Step 5

Add the chopped peach

* Step 6

Then add another layer of soften biscuits

* Step 7

Then finish with a cream layer

* Step 8

Decorate with the peach

* Step 9

Put in the fridge for 2 hours then serve
