Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add boil and mashed potatoes.

* Step 2

Mix finely chopped vegies

* Step 3

Mix wet and squeezed bread slices

* Step 4

Add salt and all masalas.

* Step 5

Mix well

* Step 6

Heat a non stick pan

* Step 7

Put oil

* Step 8

Make small tikkis from mixture

* Step 9

Shallow fry both sides.

* Step 10

When becomes.golden brown

* Step 11

Remove on a tissue

* Step 12

Sprinkle chat masala.

* Step 13

Serve with chutney.

Put the oil in a heat pan.

Add cumin seeds, let them cracle.

* Step 3

Add garlic saute it,add onion,pink it.

* Step 4

Now add all masLe & sprinkle some water.so that masala do.not burn.

* Step 5

Add chopped veggie,mix it well in all masala.

* Step 6

Put salt & garam masala in it..

* Step 7

Lid it 2 minutes.

* Step 8

Open The lid,stir it.

* Step 9

Keep it In slow flam.

* Step 10

Stir it In between.

* Step 11

After 10 minutes veg are complete.

Remove it from the flame.

Now khiska is ready to serve.

Add cumin seeds,let it crackle.add whole chilli.

* Step 3

Add garlic, ginger sautey it.

* Step 4

Add gram,wheat, salt & stir it.

* Step 5

Lid it 5 miniute.

* Step 6

Open the.lid &. keep stir.

* Step 7

After 5 miniute it will cook.

* Step 8

Remove it from the flame

* Step 9

Mix lime juice.

* Step 10

Serve it hot.

* Step 1

In a mixture jar add chickpeas,cumin,ginger, chilli, garlic,Fried onions, rose petals,griend them.

* Step 2

Take it out in a bowl.

* Step 3

Add potato, paneer,malai,mint & coriander Leaves,salt,chaat masala, pomegranate's powder, coriander powder, lemon juice.

* Step 4

Mix it well.

* Step 5

Make medium size balls flatten it.

* Step 6

Heat the pan.sprinkle oil.put all prepared kebab on it.

* Step 7

Fry.it till golden.

* Step 8

Remove it from the flame.

* Step 9

Serve it hot with onion rings & green chutney.

* Step 1

Boil the cut stems 10 miniute.

* Step 2

Remove it from the flame,drain the water.

* Step 3

In a Heat pan pour oil.add onion stir it.

* Step 4

Add garlic,ginger, tomato stir it,add Lotus stem and fry it pink.

* Step 5

Add turrmric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder,sprinkle some.water & fry it.

* Step 6

Add salt & garam masala.stir it.add mango powder.

* Step 7

Take out it in a bowl.

* Step 8

Now lotus stem a delicious veg is ready to eat.

You can have it with chapati or parathas or rice,& pulse.
