Take a bowl put 5 types of cerals pour water it should soak 5 hours then drain water...Heat a pressure cooker pour ghee

* Step 1

Take hand blender put Cinnamon,cumin,cloves,cardom,marati flower make fine powder it's main course powder

* Step 2

Heat a pan pour ghee,oil add mustard seeds fry it when it's splits then add Ginger,onion keep saute

* Step 3

Then add veggies close lid as per veggeis softness then add salt,turmeric, coriander,curry leaves,mint mix well

* Step 4

Then add samak rice,dal wash and add to pan fry along with veggies then pour water

* Step 5

Keep cook once rice should perfectly cooked finally add ghee

* Step 6

Take a plate serve samak rice kichidi garnish with tomato mint ready to serve

For tadaka..heat a kadai pour oil add mustard seeds,sesame seeds when it's splits add green chilli slices,asafoeteda,pour water add sugar boil 2 mins once it's melted

Cut dokhla pieces add tadaka on top dhokla ready to serve
