* Step 1

Start by adding the butter to the pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the potatoes and cook until halfway done.

Add the corn beef and season with pepper. Saute' until both corn beef and potatoes are fully cooked. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Take your bread and remove the crust. Then using a rolling pin, flatten each bread.

Put a tablespoon of the corn beef mixture on the bread and fold it in half. Using a fork, press on the sides to seal it. Repeat the process until you have finished filling all of your bread. While you're doing this you may heat up your oil.

Add your eggs in a bowl and beat it. Take your crackers and using a rolling pin, hit it while it's in the packet until it becomes crumbs. Place it in a bowl and set aside.

Take your pie and dip it in the egg, then the crumbs and place it in the hot oil. Repeat this process until you have filled the fryer. Leave the heat on medium low so you would not burn the pies. Repeat the process until you have fried all of your bread.

Place it in a strainer and let it cool for a bit before transferring it to a serving plate. Share and Enjoy.

California Farm Cold Beef Dish

A small portion of tender marinated beef eaten cold over fresh sliced pear with pine nuts. A korean dish that brings out the delicious flavor of the beef. For the spice option, add gochujang pepper sauce. Goes really well with a glass of ice cold strong flavored wine like 17% dry california sherry.

Ingredient

* Step 1

Peel, core, slice pears into 1/4” sticks. Soak pearsticks in sugar water, ten minutes

Make marinade, rest ten minutes

Mix marinade with fresh ground meat, rest five minutes.

Place marinaded meat on top of drained pear sticks

Sprinkle pine nuts on top, serve with ice cold strong california sherry wine in frosted glass.

I love beef Wellington and thought I’d give it a try. I don’t like mushrooms, so I improvised on the traditional method.

Ingredient

2 TBS.

Olive oil

1 TBS.

Flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat; salt and pepper the beef and brown in the pan, about 2-3 minutes each side. Set aside and let cool.

Lay out the pastry crust on a lightly floured surface. Spread the pate evenly over the crust, within 2 inches of the perimeter.

When beef is cooled, spread mustard over both sides and place in the center of the pastry crust.

Loosely wrap the crust around the beef and place it seam side down in a baking dish.

Cut a few slits in the top for venting. Brush with egg white.

Bake in a 400 degree F oven for approximately 40-45 minutes for medium rare. Internal temperature should be 120 degrees.

* Step 1

Start by browning the beef in your pan or wok. Remove some of the fat then add the onions followed by the bellpepper.

Cook until meet is fully cooked and onion and bellpepper is translucent. Remove from the wok and place it in a serving plate. Take a new pan and add oil.

Place the tortilla one at a time and fry them. Place them in a serving plate after you have fried all of them. Assemble your tostada with all the toppings you desired. Share and enjoy!

1.5-2 lbs

ground beef

6 cloves

garlic minced

* Step 1

Start by browning your ground beef then remove most of the fat and set aside.

Using same pan add your onions and cook for 2 minutes then add the garlic. Add back the ground beef and my original seasoning mix (see my recipe for this).

Mix thoroughly then add the beef broth or water. Let it simmer on medium heat until liquid is reduced.

* Step 4

Prepare your rice by adding all the ingredients together in a blender and mix it in with your rice.

Assemble your burrito by warming up your tortillas. Add all the ingredients and fold it then sear both sides in a pan coated with either oil or butter it’s up to you! Share and Enjoy!
