California Farm Cold Beef Dish
A small portion of tender marinated beef eaten cold over fresh sliced pear with pine nuts. A korean dish that brings out the delicious flavor of the beef. For the spice option, add gochujang pepper sauce. Goes really well with a glass of ice cold strong flavored wine like 17% dry california sherry.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, core, slice pears into 1/4” sticks. Soak pearsticks in sugar water, ten minutes
* Step 2
Make marinade, rest ten minutes
* Step 3
Mix marinade with fresh ground meat, rest five minutes.
* Step 4
Place marinaded meat on top of drained pear sticks
* Step 5
Sprinkle pine nuts on top, serve with ice cold strong california sherry wine in frosted glass.
