Crazy Steam Rice (Nasi Gila)
I love spicy food, and this menu is quite common in restaurants or streets in Indonesia, but rarely found (with a good taste) in my city. So, once I searched for the recipe from google (sorry I lost the link), I found this wonderful one, the best flavor of all, even from the restaurants that I ever ate. Sweet, savory and spicy, taste better with warm steam rice. 😘😘😘

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make scrambled egg by adding a bit of chicken powder and pepper into the egg batter, and set a side.
* Step 2
Sauté chopped garlic and onion on a pan until they turn into golden brown and fragrance.
* Step 3
Add chopped cayenne and stir a bit.
* Step 4
Add the diced chicken breast and stir until the color change.
* Step 5
Add the rest ingredients such as sausage, scrambled egg, tomato paste, chilli sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soya sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, chicken stock powder (or salt as needed), sugar, white pepper.
* Step 6
Stir altogether, add water and simmer until the liquid a bit absorbed. (Check the taste and fix it according to your taste).
* Step 7
Serve on the top of steam rice and sprinkle with fried shallot.
