Whole wheat laddhu
Recently I got some whole wheat. I tried making a sweet snack, delicious ,using the whole wheat. It was really loved by everybody.Very easy to make and healthy too

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
The whole wheat,cleaned and dried is fried in a thick bottomed pan till it is crispy
* Step 2
Take out from fire, cool and grind it in a mixer with the unda- sarakara,coconut and powdered spices. pour the contents into a pan and mix with the hand.
* Step 3
Mix the above with the cashewnuts,and shape into balls. Very delicious snack is ready
