2 sauce the youghurt is low fat sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the chicken fillet in airfryer for 15 minutes on 200 degree or use the oven.

Cut the chicken into slice.

* Step 3

Cut the lattuce

* Step 4

Cutt the sweet red pepper.

* Step 5

Add the parmesan cheese to the lattuce and pepper.

Add the bread bites

* Step 7

Mix mayannioes with garlic, lemon,black pepper,chees and little water.

* Step 8

Second sauce: Mix the youghurt with anchovies,1/2 table spoon lemon, soya sauce,olive oil,black pepper,mustard,vinger and chees

* Step 9

Add the chicken fillet,serve it with your choice of the sauce and add the chees.

Keep the extra sauce if u need it.
