Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour & onion salt. Set aside.
* Step 2
In another dish, combine egg, lemon juice, & worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
* Step 3
In another dish, put the crushed chex.
* Step 4
Roll fish in flour. Dip into egg mixture. Coat with chex crumbs, pressing into fish.
* Step 5
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish. Brown on 1 side 3-5 minutes. (Reduce heat if browning too quickly.) Turn. Cook until coating is golden brown & fish flakes easily.
