Vegetable Beef Soup with Egg Dumplings

Vegetable Beef Soup with Egg Dumplings

Can use regular biscuit mix, but you will probably need 1/2 cup.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook & stir ground beef until golden brown; drain.

* Step 2

Add cabbage, chicken broth, peas & carrots, & pepper.

* Step 3

Heat to boiling. Reduce heat.

* Step 4

Mix biscuit mix, parmesan cheese, parsley, nutmeg, & egg together in bowl. Then, drop teaspoonfuls onto soup.

* Step 5

Simmer uncovered until dumplings are firm, about 10-15 minutes. Then it is ready to serve.
