Mexican Pie

"Oh...this is so good!" Said my husband.

Ingredient

soy milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oven to 400°F.

* Step 2

Grease 10" pie plate.

* Step 3

Brown beef & drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Spread beef mixture in pie plate.

* Step 4

Sprinkle with cheese.

* Step 5

Whisk remaining ingredients together until well blended. Pour into pie plate.

* Step 6

Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra cheese if desired.
