Filet Mignon with Balsamic Wine Sauce

modified version - Grill Steak to desired temperature. Heat sauce in pan with 1 tsp sugar until it reduces to the point where the sauce does not immediately flow back together after the spoon while stirring the sauce.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Season each side of steaks with salt and pepper.
* Step 2
Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steaks in hot pan for about 1 minute on each side (or until browned).
* Step 3
Reduce heat to medium-low, add vinegar and wine. Cover and cook for 4 minutes on each side (or until desired temperature). Baste the meat when turning.
* Step 4
Spoon glaze over steaks when finished, serve immediately.
