Open faced pizza sammie

This was created by my 7 year old. ..Here's an easy way to combine the idea of pizza and an open faced sandwhich all in one! Super easy to customize and let the kids build their own! My son doesn't like the Everything Italian bread so he does his on English muffins. There's endless possibilities with these!!!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix garlic, Italian seasoning, and grated garlic in small bowl.

* Step 2

Brush olive oil mixture over bread. Broil until lightly golden.

* Step 3

Top with mozzarella, meat and veggies (any other toppings you'd like). lightly drizzle with olive oil mixture. Sprinkle a little extra mozzarella, grated parm, and red pepper flakes.

* Step 4

Place back under broiler until cheese is bubbly! Checking frequently so it doesn't burn.
