Pork meatballs for hotpot or soup🍲

If you make a large quantity, you can even freeze them! Just add the frozen meatballs straight into the hot soup. 🍲

Ingredient

Sake

1/2 teaspoon

Soy sauce

1 tablespoon

Potato starch

1 teaspoon

Grated garlic

1 teaspoon

Grated ginger

1 pinch

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or in a plastic bag(I used a plastic bag which the meat was packaged).

* Step 2

Shape meatballs using a spoon. Boil water in a pot and drop the meatballs. Once the meatballs float, cook for 3 mins and ready to take out with a ladle.

Add cooked meatballs in hotpot or soup! If you want to keep them, you can wrap them in clingfilm and freeze them! You can just put these frozen meatballs directly into the hot soup.
