Chinese style hotpot with meatballs and Napa cabbage 🥬
It was snowing in Bristol last Sunday and I cooked this hotpot to warm up. You can add any of your favourite leftover vegetables 🥕 🥬

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Please check my meatball recipe for the pork meatballs.
* Step 2
Cut Napa cabbage in small pieces(5cm width). Finely chop spring onion.
* Step 3
Mix all the soup ingredients in a pot. Once it’s boiled, add pork meatballs or vegetables.
* Step 4
Once you eat meat and vegetables, I recommend you you to add noodles or rice and cook them in the remaining soup! We call it “Shime(closing)” in Japan.
