Carrot, potato and onion soup
It’s getting so cold in UK and I made this warm soup, using seasonal potatoes ! I added some other leftover vegetables which were onion and carrots 🥕 🧅🥔

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut carrots, potatoes and onion.
* Step 2
Heat some butter butter in a pot and cook onion. Add carrots and potatoes and cook them under low to medium heat.
* Step 3
Add 400ml of water and cook until vegetables become soft. Add consommé cubes.
* Step 4
Add vegetables into a container, use a blender to mix into paste. Bring the paste back into the pot and add fresh milk. Mix well and heat under low heat.
* Step 5
Add some salt and pepper to adjust to your taste. Enjoy 😉
