Japanese dashi seasoned rice in instant pot - Takikomi Gohan πŸšπŸ‡―πŸ‡΅

Just put all the ingredients in an instant pot, pressure cooker! It's flavorful and comforting dish.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the rice and soak in water for at least 30 minutes, then drain in a colander.

* Step 2

Place all the dashi broth ingredients in a large bowl and measure out to 720 ml (g). Add rice in a instant pot and pour the dashi broth.

* Step 3

Julienne carrots. Open a tuna tin and remove the water from the tin. Add carrots, tuna and shio kombu in the instant pot.

Press "Pressure cook", set as high pressure and set 3 minutes.
